• though there are barriers that can prevent organisational people from changing their attitudes yet for the the best interest of the organisation the organisational manager are to try for favourable attitude change of their employees.
• the following are some of the modes or wave by which organisational manager can help in the changing attitudes of their employees.
1. Providing the adequate information
> owing to information gap or inadequate supply of information from the management unfavorable attitude are formed on the part of the employees.
> the information supplied in time can change and employees bliefs and in the process change his/ her attitude.
> thus the new information can also help the employee to be more Pro organisation management oriented and less Pro union oriented.
2. Resolving discrepancies
> resolving discrepancies in an another mode of changing attitude. attitude can be changed by dissolving discrepancies between attitude and behaviour one can leave for long with inconsistent belief system one need to remove inconsistency or dissonance in belief by resuming to one believes as positive or negative thus people will try to reduce the dissonance by attitude and behaviour change.
3. Influence of friends and peers
> attitude change may come about through persuasion and influence of friends and peers.
> in the organisational context employees are most likely to respond to the change efforts made by someone who is most liked convincing and credible.

> use of fear can be a made of changing attitude research finding show that fear can cause some people to change their attitudes.
> but the change in attitude depend on the degree of fear.
> for example when the degree of fear seems to be a look people of 10 ignore them the warnings on the part of management are not enough to want attention on the part of the employees when the degree of yeh seems to be hired to threatening people will of often reject the message when moderate level of fear arousal are used people of 10 become aware of this situation and accordingly will help and induce to change their attitudes.
