 what is verbal communication.   communication anything from mouth is referred to as verbal. words and the manner in which words are pronounced fall within the Ambit of verbal communication verbal communication should be so design that it can be listened to and registered by the receiver.

Hearing and listening is it not the same thing hearing is the act of Prereceiving sound.listening is selective activity that involves recording the sound into meaning people speak 800 to 170 words per minute but they can listen intelligently at 600 to 800 words per minute.
it is said the verbal communication is the the sum of the following components:
• Actual words
• voice articulation and modulation
• Body language

written communication is the most formal type of communication it is a mostly used for documentation of information or circulation to all concerned.

advantages and disadvantages of written communication are as follows:
• non interactive
• frozen media written message finally gets transmitted as a complete picture.
• applicable for complex issues
• feedback is a delayed
• it is recorded and hence has legal sanction.
