industries etc have prepared the draught code of business ethics as follow:
1) to fix up a fair and reasonable price of each product or group of products as well as service keeping in view the cost of production are the cost of service adding a reasonable profit 5% to 25% depending on the turnover number and nature of customers etc.and maintain the maximum retail price on the packaging or packet container it is see as well as keeping in consideration that 50% of Indian people or customers are either very low middle class or below poverty level.Such price structure should be brought to the notice of the customers.
2) the corporate companies like ITC,HLL,COCA COLA,PEPSI, Kissan ,ranbaxy, britannia,LIC nationalised banks Maruti Toyota all should ensure that no agent distributor or dealer should charge a price higher than that fixed by the parent company.
3) the companies should never produce any superiors good which will heat the customer the Spurious goods may be slightly considerably or terribly harmful to the system family or his won performance based on the quality of the product or service.
4) the companies should not adulterate aur add any cheap filler in any food luxury medicine skin care or consumable foods like mustard oil sunflower oil biscuits common salt tomato ketchup pickles tea leaves etc. this may be verified by test report analytical report before and after which should be printed on the packet or container.
5) the company's shall not release any advertisement or advertisements which may be in indecent criticize a competitor directly or indulge in any ugly depiction of figure effect or involve false statement about quality quantity performance or exchange rated claim about the efficiency.
