work ethics in Business is something which keeps the associated people busy and this business is the result of entrepreneurship and enterprises of the young generation business ultimately is made for profit it right or wrong. profit provides for the capital required for,
• growth expansion and diversification and
• to cover the extra expenses every year due to inflation.
but to understand that a business should not indulge in unhealthy and unethical practices like cheating adopting fraud or supplying under quality material.
in fact business ethics should consist of the following:
a). in business a producer or supplier must always ensure that the quality and quantity of materials produced and supplied to customers to confirm to the specification of the first grade materials.
b). the supplier should demand the the fairest price from the customer the supplying company should never take the advantage of urgent demand of the buyer and insist on a very high price much more than the market price.
c). ethics demand that whenever the suppliers shall deliver goods to the bhaiya the produced date and time of delivery must be observed.
d). the suppliers should maintain a behaviour profile with the customer that their business relationship on a long term basis in maintained customer care today is a one of the most important criteria of business.
e). business ethics also should ensure that no cheating fraud misappropriation is taken recourse to in business e.g. no advertisement of the suppliers, products should claim any Superiority aur incredible performance over competitors products on false demands.
f). even if a customer does not buy the products of particular company for some reason other the supplier should never miss behave with him or exhabit any dissatisfaction in front of the customer. he may come back tomorrow after ascertaining the market.
these are the basic business ethics to guide business from both sides.
